We recently remodeled the lower ground floor of our early victorian town house which included building a new extension with a large skylight, removing old kitchen, erecting bespoke shower/utility room and some garden works. There were tricky access issues and large steel works which Pocho Create resolved seamlessly. Although we are fussy customers, Pocho Creates went out of their way to ensure we were happy with each stage of the work and were always willing to make small changes as required without complaint. They really were a fantastic team to work with. At times they worked long hours even in bad weather and were always polite, professional and good humoured. When unexpected problems arose, which always happens in old houses, they resolved them without any fuss. We are very happy with the completed works and will not hesitate to use them again.
