We recently remodeled the lower ground floor of our early Victorian townhouse, which included building a new extension with a large skylight, removing the old kitchen, erecting a bespoke shower/utility room, and some garden works. There were tricky access issues and large steel works which Pacho Create resolved seamlessly. Although we are fussy customers, Pacho Create went out of their way to ensure we were happy with each stage of the work and were always willing to make small changes as required without complaint. They really were a fantastic team to work with. At times, they worked long hours, even in bad weather, and were always polite, professional, and good-humored. When unexpected problems arose, which always happen in old houses, they resolved them without any fuss. We are very happy with the completed works and will not hesitate to use them again.

The team has finished, and we are very pleased with the results. The guys have turned up every day on time (before 8am), and most Saturdays, and despite the rainy weather have made great progress towards completion. The team is hardworking, efficient, and cost-conscious. The work will be finished on time and on budget. The work has been completed to a high standard. We are very pleased with the results. The team is friendly and enthusiastic and has a positive can-do approach. They have been able to incorporate changes to the original plans and make useful suggestions as to how to improve the work schedule. Despite some inevitable dust and disruption, this has been kept to a minimum. The workers have been very careful to clean and tidy at the end of the day.
